The I’ll start my fitness program tommorrow trap.

It’s only too late to start your fitness program if you don’t start right now…

I have been calling up some of my old clients and boot camp members to see how they have been and to see how there fitness programs are coming along. After about the 10th call there was a common theme I started to noticed.not too late 202x300 The Ill start my fitness program tommorrow trap.

For starters most of them hadn’t worked out since schools have been back in and then every one of them told me they were going to wait until the first of the year to get back into their fitness programs.

If you have every been a member of a gym you have probably noticed how they are packed on Mondays and dead on Fridays. This is a common theme.

Almost everyone starts their fitness program on Mondays! I guess it just seems like a good starting point.

And with the holidays coming up and everyone being really busy, Jan 1. sounds even better.  Don’t let this be you. Don’t get caught in the I’ll begin tommorrow trap.

Well it’s up to you, you can wait till January and be 2 months older and possibly 5 – 10 pounds heavier or you can get started right now and be well on your way to being in the best shape of your life come Jan 1. mr right now 300x300 The Ill start my fitness program tommorrow trap.

So, if you are ready to get started right now, this is what I want you to do.

Leave me a comment letting me know you are ready to get started on your fitness program. Tell me what your goals are and why I should pick you.

I am going to pick one person for two months of personal training for FREE on me, and 3 people for two months of FREE boot camp.

I am picking the winner on Wednesday and we will be starting on Thursday. I only want you to leave a comment if you are serious and committed. If you are just interested in getting in shape but not ready to commit do not leave a comment.

Looking forward to helping you with your fitness program.

Hey man thanks for the offer. Congrats on the marriage. As I told you before, you know how much training means to me, and I would love to get back to training with you, but with the money being so tight I really can’t.
My personal goals would be to drop 15 to 20 pounds or at least make it up in mussle instead of fat. Im doing ok, but always did better when I worked out with you. You are a great trainer, and I appreciate all you have already did for me. Good Luck with this, and I hope I win, but if I don’t, I will be back to train when things get better. Thanks again for the chance. Have a great one!

In May 2003 I weighed 208.6 at a height of 5 ft 1. Not healthy. After joining Weight Watchers I lost 60 in 5 years. In March 2009, I was at my lowest weight of 141. Skinny jeans, 10 petite were getting big for me. Then — I got sick and I got new responsibilities at work and everything SLID DOWNHILL. I am now at 157. I refuse to allow myself to go back past 158 (50 pounds), but I can tell you I am struggling. I used to work out everyday for 60 mins with one day break usually on Sundays. Now, if I can get in three times a week, I feel lucky.

YOUR HELP IS NEEDED! Desperately! I will do what it takes. My birthday is November 14th and I am eager to get back into the 140′s. Make it happen with me!

    Shabina.

Ok, so I don’t really feel like I am deserving of free training, but I do know that when I commit to something, I do it 100%. I have worked really hard to take a bunch of weight off in the last year, but have yet to balance out, as well as really tone up. I continue to fluctuate, mostly because I have a hard time finding a routine that I can stick to. Recently because of coaching, etc. I haven’t made time to eat right and work out and so have put back on about 10 lbs, that I’d like to take back off ASAP.

I think one goal would be to get down to the original goal that I set and have yet to attain, and drop about another 25 lbs. Additionally, I would really like to find a fitness routine that I can maintain, a lifestyle that I can keep up with, that will keep me healthy and stabilized.

I loved doing the bootcamp for a short-time and wish that my schedule allowed me to continue.

Congratulations to you and Jess! The pics of the ceremony were beautiful.

    Thanks! Fingers crossed!

    Hi –
This article is so totally me! I have put off, and put off, and now I have about 90lbs to lose (and I’m short! 5’2″ :) ) I would love to have the opportunity to work out either in boot camp or one-on-one and I do think the opportunity would set me on a committed path to great health, rather than just flopping around in procrastination.

    Thanks for the potential opportunity!

Ok, so this was a really hard decision. I actually could not make it by myself. I had to get help. So the two free months of personal trainig go to Taryn. You were doing so well, and unfortunately the boot camp times didn’t work out. We decided that we want you to get over this plateau and reach your full potential. And the two free months of boot camp go to James, Shabina, and Glenna. Give me a call a.s.a.p. 443-226-6799. The two months start tommorrow. I will give you all of Nov. and Dec. though. Thanks for your comments.
