Home/Travel Workout using Valslides

Jessica is at it again with a new follow along workout. This is a great workout to do at home or on the road. All you need are Valslides or you can use paperplates if you have carpet. If you have hardwood floors you can use a small towel. Depending on your fitness levelĀ  you will want to repeat this workout out two or three times. Enjoy!
