Body Weight Workout #2

Hi, Hope you are doing AWESOME! Me and Jessica put together another killer body weight workout for you. We received a lot of positive feedback from the last one we did. So I hope you enjoy it. Any feed back would be greatly appreciated.

This workout consist of 3 rounds of 12 exercises. The first round is more of a warm up round. You want to make sure you get the exercises right and focus on your form. You want to time each round. After the first round is over, stop the video and give yourself a one minute break. Start the video over and perform the second round a little faster than the first. After the second round you get a two minute break and you then you get to do it all over again for a third time making sure you beat your second round time. Try to finish the whole workout in less than twenty minutes.

    Love this second workout! Using this with the first bodyweight workout you guys put out and your Val Slide workout, I cycle through the three for sessions I can do in less than half an hour and really feel like I DID something.
